Hand Made Facts:
I am not a machine.
Each one of my pieces is handmade by me. Due to the wonderful nature of hand crafted items they cannot all be the exact same, unlike with machine woven textiles or machine fabricated jewellery.
This means that sometimes the picture seen on my website will not look precisely the same as the piece you receive in the mail. Most of the customers who buy pieces from me treasure this unique feature and enjoy the idea of owning a special item carefully produced by a craftsperson.
Please keep this in mind when purchasing an item from me.
I accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and by direct deposit.
» You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal, and they also securely accept all major credit cards
» Credit card payments are processed through Stripe
» Direct deposit is only available to customers in Germany
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with your payment please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in any way that I can.
Any custom fees or duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of the rules and regulations of your home country. I will not refund any custom fees or duties you incur.
As a business located in Germany, my return policy follows the regulations specified in the EU Directive on Consumer Rights.
Items may be returned for a full refund within the timeframe of 14 days.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
If you inform me that you would like to return a product, I will send you a Model Withdrawal Form (cancellation form). You are not required to fill out the form, however I am legally obligated to provide you with one.
Your refund will be issued within 14 days of me receiving the returned product.
The return policy does not apply to custom made products!
Please visit my Cancellation Policy page for more information.
These rights only pertain to customers within the European Union (EU). If your residence is outside of the EU unfortunately I do not accept returns, except in certain circumstances.
Click Here for a list of countries within the EU.
If you receive an item that has been damaged please contact me immediately tp discuss options.
If you believe that the product you received is in some way faulty, please contact me and we can discuss repairs or a refund.
All of my pieces are intended to be used/worn, but not abused. Much of my jewellery is delicate and should be treated accordingly. Damage caused due to rough use or being worn during inappropriate situations, for example while working with machines that could crush, scratch or rip a piece, will NOT result in a refund after the 14 day timeframe!
Please double check all sizing to avoid any unnecessary returns.
My business has a registered German tax number that follows the tax regulations in Germany (according to § 27 a UStG).
» A 19% tax is charged on all of my products.
» The 19% tax is included in the price of my products.
» Shipping is not included in the product price. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and will also be subject to 19% tax.
